Dr Ralf Hottgenroth is a founding partner at GÖRG and works in the Cologne office. He advises international and national corporations, as well as medium-sized companies, on all matters of individual and collective labour law. One of his areas of specialisation is the reorganisation and restructuring of corporations and companies, as well as negotiating the associated tariff agreements, reconciliation of interests, social schemes and other company agreements. His sectors of focus include automotive, trade and services, transport, logistics, banking and insurance.
Career
Dr Ralf Hottgenroth is a founding partner of the Sozietät GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
He studied law at the Universities of Mannheim and Cologne. He completed his legal training in Cologne. During his studies and legal training period, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Labour and Commercial Law of the University of Cologne. He obtained his doctorate there, with a thesis on tariff agreements, under Prof Dr Wiedemann.
Dr Ralf Hottgenroth joined the Sozietät Schlütter Lüer Görg as a lawyer in 1991, which then became Sozietät GÖRG in 1996.
