Rolf-Alexander Markgraf advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law. In particular, he has considerable experience in the labour law aspects of corporate acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings, as well as the negotiation of corporate agreements and (company) collective agreements. Rolf-Alexander Markgraf represents clients in all court and arbitration proceedings. Social security law forms a further area of focus.
Career
Rolf-Alexander Markgraf is a lawyer at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for a large international law firm in Hamburg.
Following his studies in law at the University of Göttingen, he completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle.
He was admitted to the bar in 2015.
