GÖRG advises the company builder Finconomy AG in connection with the sale of all shares in fundsaccess AG to a company controlled by Pollen Street Capital Holdings Ltd.

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by Dr. Bernt Paudtke, has advised fintech company builder Finconomy AG on the conclusion of an agreement to sell all shares in fundsaccess AG ("fundsaccess") to a company controlled by Pollen Street Capital Holdings Ltd ("PSC"). 

At the same time as the fundsaccess transaction, PSC concluded agreements to acquire shares in niiio Finance Group AG and FundHero SA. fundsaccess simultaneously concluded an agreement to acquire all shares in MiFID-Recorder GmbH. 

The acquisition and merger of fundsaccess, niiio Finance Group AG, FundHero SA and MiFID-Recorder GmbH will create a new group of companies to consolidate the wealthtech market in the DACH region. 

The above transactions are subject to regulatory approvals.
