Ferdinand Petersen advises national and international companies and entrepreneurs, as well as individuals, on all matters relating to taxation. He specialises in providing tax advice in the interfaces to corporate law (restructuring, company succession, venture capital) and inheritance law (anticipated inheritance, asset succession). A further focus is advising on specific real estate tax matters (property transfer tax, contractual clauses relating to tax). His focus is on medium-sized companies.

Ferdinand Petersen is an employed professional at BWLS Strunk Stoffersen Partnerschaft mbB von Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Rechtsanwälten.

After studying law at universities in Constance and Göttigen, Ferdinand Petersen completed his legal training with clerkships at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and a major international law firm in Cologne.

He was admitted to the bar in 2009 and qualified as a tax advisor in 2013.

Ferdinand Petersen successfully completed the specialist lawyer training on inheritance law in 2018.
