He specialises in providing tax advice in the interfaces to corporate law (restructuring, company succession, venture capital) and inheritance law (anticipated inheritance, asset succession). After studying law at universities in Constance and Göttigen, Ferdinand Petersen completed his legal training with clerkships at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and a major international law firm in Cologne.
He was admitted to the bar in 2009 and qualified as a tax advisor in 2013.
Ferdinand Petersen successfully completed the specialist lawyer training on inheritance law in 2018.
