Sarah Theus is Counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten in Cologne and specialises in real estate law. She supports companies in advising on, structuring and carrying out due diligence reviews and property transactions. She takes a holistic approach to ensure that all legal aspects are thoroughly scrutinised.
She specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice to German and international companies in the areas of real estate transactions and commercial tenancy law. In particular, project developers, insurance companies, institutional investors, banks and family offices benefit from her expertise.
