GÖRG advises Ampega on the acquisition of the "Urban Soul" district development in Bonn from Die Developer

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ampega Real Estate GmbH, Cologne (Ampega) on the acquisition of the "Urban Soul" district development at Bonn Central Station for a company of HDI Germany. The seller is the Düsseldorf-based project development company Die Developer.

Urban Soul" is an ensemble with approx. 22,400 m² of leasable space, consisting of the so-called "Lifestyle House" with retail space and ten flats, a hotel building of the Motel One chain with 230 rooms and gastronomy, as well as the office building "City Office" with a multi-storey car park. The almost fully rented ensemble was completed by Zech Bau at the end of 2020.

Legal advice to Ampega was provided by GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten, led by Cologne partner Dr. Markus Heider, and technical support was provided by Orange Recon and TeamCon. On the seller side, the transaction was legally advised by the law firm McDermott Will & Emery, led by partner Dr. Jens Ortmanns (Düsseldorf). Colliers International acted as intermediary.
